Designed for one or two persons, a granny flat is a self-contained living area usually located on the grounds of a single-family home.

GRANNY FLAT KIT INCLUSIONS:

• External walls: cross-laminated timber (CLT 100 mm), fabricated to size, painted with TEKNOS (Finland)
• Internal partitions: cross-laminated timber (CLT 100 mm), fabricated to size, painted with TEKNOS (Finland)
• Floor: cross-laminated timber (CLT 60 mm), fabricated to size, paint with TEKNOS (Finland)
• Ceiling: cross-laminated timber (CLT 60-100 mm), fabricated to size, paint with TEKNOS (Finland)
• Porch, half-timbered frame made of laminated veneer lumber (LVL), fabricated beams, painted with TEKNOS (Finland)
• Fasteners (Rothoblass, SPAX)
• Aluminum windows – German technology by REHAU, swing-out, two-chamber double-glazed 16 – 42 mm (argon), fittings by SIEGENIA (Germany).

House kit does not include*
Concrete slab, plumbing or electrical, interior decorations, internal partitions, floors.
