How do I order something from your website?

Please note that some of our products are currently available for pre-order only.

While we appreciate individual requests for pre-order items, please note that we cannot fulfill orders for small quantities, since it's exported from Europe, the minimum volume of pre-order is a 1 x 40ft container.


How long does it take to process my order?


When you place an order with us, we will ask you to email us your details such as: full name, phone number, email address, full delivery address (if you require delivery), and any other optional details that you want us to put on your invoice. 


Full pay­ment of your order must be received before delivery or pickup of your goods. The lead time for delivery will vary depending on what you have ordered and where you are located.


You will be able to pickup an order in 1 business day after, once we receive the payment, our friendly staff will be in touch with you to confirm the status of your order and provide you with a further pickup instructions. Unfortunately, the order is not available for pickup on the same day as the warehouse requires a time in order to proceed your order on their end.


Please note that…


We operate as an online business, therefore we don't have a retail store.

We rent a warehouse from Black's Transport that is located in Acacia Ridge in Brisbane, we use their services to store our products and it also functions as a pickup location for our customers.


Due to Black's Transport policy, we include a mandatory fee in your invoice called “Handling and Packing Fees”, it depends on the quantity of the product that you ordering. 


We do delivery via Black's Transport warehouse logistics, they can provide delivery only to the other warehouses/ some of the business addresses, and the forklift must be available on your site. Alternatively, the warehouse can deliver the product to the closest available depot to the address/suburb that you provided, therefore once the product is delivered to a depot, you can pick it up. 


No deliveries can be performed to a residential address, apologies for the inconvenience.


Please make sure you have a fork­lift on site. Unless oth­er­wise agreed upon there is a 30-minute time­frame with­in which you have to fin­ish unload­ing, oth­er­wise there will be addi­tion­al charges. 


What are my payment methods?


We accept only Bank Transfer, upon placing and discussing the order with our representatives we will issue and send you the invoice.


Once the pay­ment is cleared, the order will be booked in our system and send to the warehouse for further procedure, you will be able to pick up your order in 1 business day.

   

Please note that we cannot remove or cover for freight fees or packing and handling fees.
