How do I order something from your website?

How long does it take to process my order?


When you pur­chase a prod­uct from us, we will record the details of your order and forward them to our warehouse. Full pay­ment for you order must be received before deliv­ery of your goods. The lead time for deliv­ery will vary depend­ing on what you have ordered and where you are located.

 

Where do you deliver to?


We deliv­er to anywhere in Australia.

 

What are my payment methods?


We accept Visa and Mas­ter­Card through our Com­mon­wealth Bank Sim­pli­fy gate­way. You can also pay via direct bank transfer.


You can also place their orders through a phone call between 9:00am to 5:00pm on Week­days & 9:00am to 3:00pm on Sat­ur­day (exclud­ing Pub­lic Holidays).


At any point of time, our stock lev­els can change. Once the pay­ment is cleared, the order will be booked in our system.

 

How much does delivery cost?


This depends on where you are locat­ed. Please get in touch for an accu­rate quote.


Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?


Once you have placed your order online, a cus­tomer ser­vice team mem­ber will be in con­tact with you to con­firm your deliv­ery and offer you prod­uct lead times so you know when it will be arriving.


If you are order­ing pal­lets, or oth­er bulky goods – please make sure you have a fork­lift on site or are able to unload by hand. Unless oth­er­wise agreed upon there is a 30-minute time­frame with­in which you have to fin­ish unload­ing, oth­er­wise there will be addi­tion­al charges. 


Contactless Delivery


In the inter­ests of pub­lic health and safe­ty, some deliv­ery providers have advised that parcels no longer require sig­na­tures on col­lec­tion or deliv­ery. Select­ed deliv­ery providers will also take pho­tos as proof of delivery.
