When you purchase a product from us, we will record the details of your order and forward them to our warehouse. Full payment for you order must be received before delivery of your goods. The lead time for delivery will vary depending on what you have ordered and where you are located.
We deliver to anywhere in Australia.
We accept Visa and MasterCard through our Commonwealth Bank Simplify gateway. You can also pay via direct bank transfer.
You can also place their orders through a phone call between 9:00am to 5:00pm on Weekdays & 9:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).
At any point of time, our stock levels can change. Once the payment is cleared, the order will be booked in our system.

Once you have placed your order online, a customer service team member will be in contact with you to confirm your delivery and offer you product lead times so you know when it will be arriving.
If you are ordering pallets, or other bulky goods – please make sure you have a forklift on site or are able to unload by hand. Unless otherwise agreed upon there is a 30-minute timeframe within which you have to finish unloading, otherwise there will be additional charges.
In the interests of public health and safety, some delivery providers have advised that parcels no longer require signatures on collection or delivery. Selected delivery providers will also take photos as proof of delivery.
