Warranty & Returns

All of our products carry a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Please see specific products for their warranty. Each product has extensive information from the manufacturer on their respective pages.

When the products are delivered you will be asked to check the products for any faults or damage and sign for them to be released to you. If you find any damage or problems, please let us know immediately.

If you are picking up the product by yourself and you've noticed damage on a product upon pickup from the warehouse, please ask the warehouse staff to swap it for you. 

If you've discovered that the product itself (Not the package) was damaged due to warehouse courier or external courier arranged by us or you found the damage once you opened the box, please provide us with photos of the damage, so we can proceed with a replacement or a refund for the damaged product.

You are still eligible for a refund if you've changed your mind and wish to return the item with the condition that the box/seal was not opened and it's in a "resalable" condition, once the sealing and package have been opened, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept it for a refund. 

If you need to buy in bulk, we always recommend to buy 1 item only first, this way you can ensure if you found the right product for you.
