How to install laminate? You can install laminate on top of a variety of different substrates if they meet the following requirements: the surface must be perfectly flat, dry and firm. All irregularities (more than 2 mm per 1 m2) must be eliminated before starting work with self-leveling compounds or special leveling boards (i.e. plywood). Do not lay laminate on carpet or similar substrates. If you are installing laminate on a concrete base, a polyethylene vapor barrier film is required. If you have any questions, please get in touch!
